Rub 2-3 drops on where healing is needed.

Add 3-5 drops of the blend to your essential oil diffuser and let it diffuse for 15-30 minutes in your living space.

As you age, you may notice your endocrine system starts to slow down. Your hormones don’t seem to work as well.
