Spruce, Black, Picea Mariana – Canada

Black spruce is produced by the distillation of the needles of this conifer and the oil can be diffused to strengthen the immune system.

To revitalize and energize the whole body, apply 3-4 drops on the lower back (near the waist) and massage it for 1 to 2 minutes.
