It is ancient Hawaiian mantra that works! Awareness is something we can’t embrace enough! We are at the edge of a movement and this is a momentous time to learn how to be at “Peace No matter What.” The Universe is showing us that the changes are here and that we do not have any more time to think and analyze. The waves will keep coming and they will show up in different ways and different times in our lives. Stop seeing yourself and others as victims. The time is now and you can choose to wake up, let go and give permission to be guided and protected, so you can be at the right place at the right time. Major issues with people around you suddenly will disappear, if you are sincere in expressing it. I have practiced it in the last 3 years and it works well. While smelling this oil, repeat “I AM SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME, I LOVE YOU, THANK YOU”
