Inhale the oil deeply; put a drop on your pillowcase, handkerchief or piece of cotton. If you still can’t sleep, or awake early morning, try to use Stress Out at night and Sleep Well when you wake up too early.

Healing: Lavendin, Black Spruce, Spearmint, St John’s Wort

Rub 2-3 drops on where healing is needed.

Add 3-5 drops of the blend to your essential oil diffuser and let it diffuse for 15-30 minutes in your living space.

Dilute the blend by adding a few drops to a carrier oil (such as jojoba or sweet almond oil) and apply it to pulse points, wrists, or the back of the neck.

Inhale the aroma directly from the bottle or by placing a drop on a tissue.
