Helicrysum Italicum – Immortelle, France

Traditionally used for infection and skin inflammation as it helps the skin to repair bruising, nerve damage, circulation and lymph nodes. It also helps singers voice. It is a PRECIOUS oil.

Application: Put 1-2 drops only where needed.

It is indicated in case of intense fatigue, feeling of isolation or failure.

This oil is a dermal irritant, dermal sensitizer and a mucus membrane irritant; it is recommended to be diluted it in any vegetable oil (argan, jojoba, coconut) before applying it on the skin.

Balsam Fir: Known for its refreshing and grounding scent, Balsam Fir helps to relieve physical tension and reduce stress. Its soothing effects support emotional balance and encourage deep relaxation.

Ylang-Ylang: This sweet and floral oil has powerful mood-enhancing and stress-relieving properties. Ylang-Ylang is particularly effective in calming feelings of anxiety and promoting a sense of joy and peace.

Chamomile: Chamomile is a classic oil for stress relief. Its gentle, soothing properties help to reduce anxiety and promote a sense of tranquility, making it easier to relax and let go of tension.

Inhale the oil deeply; apply 2 to 3 drops to wrists or temples.
