Shipping
All orders generally ship within 1-2 business day from receipt of your order. The weight and size determine the shipping costs. We use real time shipping information to establish the shipping methods available. You may select the method you prefer in the ordering process.
All packages will be sent via USPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen.
Notify us prior to making the purchase, if another shipping method is preferred. We will try to accommodate you and provide you with a shipping estimate.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product you received, you may receive an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund if your claim is received within the 30 days of after receipt of your item. Returned items must be received in resalable condition.
Privacy Policy
The privacy of our customers is of great importance to us. The information submitted by our customers for purchases, email specials, or for other purposes will be used exclusively for the service of our customers. We do not share any information with third parties except to fulfill orders placed by our customers. No personal information about our customers will be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
We do mail newsletters one or twice a year to our customers. You may unsubscribe at anytime.
